Our technologies

GEVORKYAN's uniqueness lies in the combination of sintering (powder metallurgy), metal powder injection moulding (MIM) and hot isostatic pressing (HIP) under one roof, making it unique in the world. The company also added Additive Manufacturing (AM), the 3D printing of metal products, to its portfolio in 2019. In doing so, it has been actively using 3D printing technology for years to 3D print plastic components for internal use that are used in the maintenance department, eliminating machine downtime and long lead times for spare parts. The material range for the production of components is wide, from iron, stainless steel, bronze, copper, silver and brass. An immense advantage is the mixing of the material exactly according to the customer's wishes and requirements.

Modern and innovative technologies bring with them lower production costs, variability of shapes and dimensions, large-scale production and reduced environmental impact compared to traditional technologies.

GEVORKYAN not only has its own development department (R&D), but also its own tool room and laboratory. In addition, all types of secondary operations are carried out in-house, thus providing customers with a comprehensive package of services.

Company products

The vast majority of products are developed in-house, producing more than 2,000 different types of components. For almost 100% of customers, it is the only supplier, so to speak. It is often approached by customers who are interested in developing products that are not available on the market at all. In this way, it has achieved world uniqueness in products that no one else in the world has ever produced by powder metallurgy. It currently provides products to its customers in more than 30 countries around the world, from Brazil, Canada, Mexico, USA, all over Europe to China, Israel and India.

Products are not strictly linked to one industry sector. Components are supplied to the automotive industry, hand tools, locks and protection systems, petroleum industry, garden, agricultural and construction equipment, sewing machines, compressors, medicine, cosmetics and the fashion industry.

Components are shipped to more than 30 countries worldwide. GEVORKYAN develops more than 150 brand new products per year, produces more than 5 million parts per month, and the company's portfolio consists of more than 2,000 different types of parts.

The company's products can be found in cars of various brands from Dacia to Mercedes, as well as in more exclusive brands such as Porsche or Bentley, in Versace or Hugo Boss branded cosmetics, in hand tools for the general public and professionals, e.g. Black & Decker, Dewalt, Bosch, in agricultural, garden and construction equipment, e.g. John Deere, Deutz, Komatsu, in the oil industry, compressors, sewing machines, measuring technology, medicine, cosmetics or the fashion industry.

Certified masks

At the beginning of 2020, with the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, the company was able to respond promptly not only to the needs of the market, but especially to the needs in society as a whole. It has adapted its production and started producing certified reusable masks that protect people not only from the coronavirus but also from other viral diseases. The mask brings many benefits such as multiple use, easy maintenance, replaceable filter, elimination of fogging of glasses, sustainability, financial savings and many more.
